Trauma can take on many forms and manifest in various ways depending on the person. A traumatic experience can not only leave a painful emotional scar, but can also affect a person’s ability to emotionally regulate oneself, as well as be able to sustain healthy interpersonal relationships.

I offer a nurturing and safe environment to explore trauma, when the time feels right to you. Through relational psychotherapy I offer a supportive connection in which to work through challenging subject matter, while Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is utilized to place difficult memories in the past so that you can move forward in your life to create new and corrective ones.
