Anxiety vs. Stress


There are a lot of words pertaining to mental health that are used casually without second thought but actually have a deeper and more serious meaning. Among them are "anxiety" and "depression".

In a certain sense it can be seen as a positive thing that the vocabulary of mental health is becoming more normalized, however it's important that the accurate definition of words be fully understood so that we can remain compassionate to those who are suffering.
