Little needs to be said aside for that The Huffington Post had me at hello and that the hashtag -- #lifegoals -- is appropriate to insert here. Bettering Ourselves for the New Year
It's that time of year again when New Year's resolutions start to formulate, and deciding on what we can do to better ourselves for next year can feel like an added task or pressure. I appreciate this list from the Huffington Post, as it describes relatively easy ways to help ourselves be more of that ever elusive word: happy. They always kiss their spouse hello and goodbye. 2. They are generous with compliments. 3. They disagree at times, bu

'The Trans List' on HBO
'The Trans List' is a highly recommended documentary spotlighting 12 Americans and their personal stories of what it's like to be transgender. Among the interviewed is Caitlyn Jenner, as well as Orange Is The New Black's Laverne Cox, and Nicole Maines, a young woman who won a lawsuit against her school district for not being allowed to use the girl's bathroom in middle school. Each of the 12 people interviewed shared a unique story all their own, however, a common experience
